The Studio

We photograph property the way architects imagine it.

ProFocus is a small, deliberate studio. We shoot fewer homes than most and spend longer inside each one — waiting for the hour the light does the work for us.

Every project is led by one photographer from brief to delivery, so nothing is handed off and nothing is diluted. We work with estate agencies, developers, architects and private owners across the UK, producing stills, film, aerial and virtual effects that hold their value long after the listing closes.

Virtual Effects

One visit, every light.

A buyer decides in seconds, and they decide from a picture. But the day of the shoot is the day you get — one sky, one hour, whatever happens to be parked on the drive.

Virtual effects close that gap. We take the frames already shot and carry them where the property needs to go: an empty room dressed so it reads at its true size, a flat afternoon taken through to blue hour, a skip and a works van lifted out of the drive, a scheme shown finished long before it is built. Same house, same angle — several listings’ worth of images out of a single visit.
