Website terms.
The terms on which we make this site available, and who owns the photographs and films on it.
01 Who these terms are from
This website is run by Zack Williams, trading as ProFocus Realty, a property photography and film studio working across the United Kingdom. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
How we handle personal information is set out separately in our privacy notice.
02 The photographs and films are ours
Everything shown on this site is our work and remains our copyright. Every photograph, film, virtual effects clip, and every piece of writing and design on these pages belongs to ProFocus Realty or is used with the owner’s permission. Copyright is not transferred by a property being marketed, by an image appearing on a portal, or by anything being visible here.
You may look at this site, and you may share a link to it. You may not copy, download, re-upload, crop, re-edit, print for resale, or use any image or film from it — in a listing, an advertisement, a social post, an AI training set, or anything else — without our written permission first.
If you believe your own work appears here in error, tell us and we will take it down while we look into it.
03 What a client is licensed to do
When we are commissioned, the client is granted a licence to use the images and films we deliver for marketing the property they were shot for. Copyright stays with us unless we have agreed something different in writing.
That licence does not by itself cover reselling the files, supplying them to a third party as their own, or using them to market a different property. If you need broader rights, ask — it is usually straightforward, but it needs to be agreed rather than assumed.
04 Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. Prices shown are a guide and are quoted properly before any work begins. Sending the enquiry form does not create a booking; a booking exists once we have confirmed it in writing.
05 What the site shows
The work shown here is real work for real clients, published with their agreement. Some frames carry the commissioning agency’s branding, which is theirs and not ours.
Where an image has been altered — a room dressed, a sky replaced, a scheme shown before it is built — that is the point of the service and is described as such on the Virtual Effects page. Treated images are always supplied to clients alongside the originals so anything that needs to be disclosed on a listing can be.
We keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is free of error or always up to date, and availability, prices and turnaround can change.
06 Links to other places
This site links out to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the studio that built it. Those are other people’s sites, running under their own terms and their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for what is on them. No film loads from YouTube until you have allowed it — see section 07 of the privacy notice.
07 Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, this website is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from using it, from being unable to use it, or from relying on anything shown here rather than on a written quotation or agreement. Nothing here affects the rights of a consumer that cannot be excluded.
08 Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.
09 Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
