03 Aerial

The site, the setting, the scale.

Aerial stills and film that place a home in its landscape — the grounds, the approach, the boundary line, the country behind it.

What it is, and why it works.

A floor plan tells a buyer how big a house is. An aerial tells them where it sits: how far the garden runs, how private the approach is, where the boundary actually falls. It is the one frame no interior photograph can substitute for, and on larger properties it is usually the frame people remember.

What’s included

Everything in the standard set.

  • Planned before the day

Airspace checked and landowner permission agreed in advance, so the shoot is not the first time anyone is asked.

  • Stills and moving footage

Captured on the same visit as the ground coverage.

  • Grounds and approach

Boundaries, outbuildings, parking and the drive in.

  • Context frames

Coastline, village, parkland — whatever the setting is worth.

Area video

£120

Drone coverage of the property itself is included at no extra cost with any property photograph or full property video. £120 is for a standalone area video. Subject to airspace and weather — we rebook at no charge.
